Terms & Conditions

1. No Warranty - There will not be any warranty of any Product offered like (Hotel, Cab, Food etc)
2. Obligation - There will not be any obligation on us if anything happens during the trip like natural calamity, stolen items, accident.
3. Payment - Complete payment has to be done before starting of the trip
4. Refunds - Please refer to the Refund and Cancellation Policy for this
5. Exceptions - No exception will be taken in case of any Flight missing, Checkin Checkout etc

Cancel & Refund

» 60 days or more prior to arrival date in India-15% of the total amount payable penalty.
» 30-59 days prior to arrival date in India --25% of the total amount payable penalty.
» 22-29 days prior to arrival date in India --35% of the total amount payable penalty.
» 15-21 days prior to arrival date in India --50% of the total amount payable penalty.
» 0-14 days prior to arrival date in India --100% of the total amount payable penalty.
» After arrival in India (or without notice)--no refund.
» An administration fee of $100 will be applicable for all cancelled tours.

NOTE : VISA IS COMPULSORY TO TRAVEL TO INDIA FOR ALL FOREIGN NATIONALS.

Refund Policy

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
