Day 1: Arrival in Cochin

Welcome to Cochin, the gateway to Kerala! After your arrival at Cochin International Airport, you'll be greeted by our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free at hotel. Overnight stay at Cochin.

Day 2: Cochin Sightseeing

Today, delve deeper into Cochin's rich history and culture. Visit the Mattancherry Palace, also known as the Dutch Palace, to admire its stunning murals. Explore the Jewish Synagogue in the Jew Town area and browse through antique shops, A leisurely walk through the Fort Cochin area which gives you a close look at the operation of the huge cantilevered & Chinese fishing nets introduced by Chinese traders which is still used in Kerala backwaters as a traditional way of fishing. Evening Kathakali Dance show by local artist. Return to hotel. Overnight stay at Cochin.

Day 3: Cochin to Munnar (130 km, 4 hours)

Leave Cochin for the picturesque hill station of Munnar. The drive itself is a treat with scenic landscapes and tea plantations. Once in Munnar, check in to your hotel and relax. You can spend your evening at leisure or explore the local markets. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 4: Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, full-day sightseeing in and around Munnar. Enjoy panoramic views of Anamudi, the highest peak of South India at 2695 m. The popular places to visit in Munnar include the Eravikulam National Park (home to the elusive Nilgiri Tahr and neelakurinji flowers that bloom once in 12 years), KFDC Flower Garden, Photo Point, Tea Plantations, Tea factory (to learn all about tea processing), Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake & Top Station, etc. Overnight stay at Munnar. Day 5: Munnar to Periyar (110 km, 3.5 hours)

Head to Periyar, home to the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, take a boat ride on the Periyar Lake to witness wildlife, especially elephants, as they come to drink water by the lake's edge. Overnight stay at Periyar.

Day 6: Periyar to Alleppey (140 km, 4.5 hours)

Leave the hills behind and drive to Alleppey, known as the Venice of the East. Upon arrival, board your traditional Kerala houseboat and embark on a mesmerizing backwater cruise. Enjoy the serene surroundings, lush paddy fields, and delicious Kerala cuisine prepared by the boat's crew. Overnight onboard Houseboat.

Day 7: Alleppey to Kovalam (160 km, 4 hours)
